Shipping times are to be added to the production time of each jewel , with the exception of ready-to-deliver products.
Normally delivery takes place within a week of purchase, sometimes the wait can reach three weeks .
As for shipments outside Italy they should be similar even if the timing is difficult to estimate, it depends on the country you order from.

For orders shipped to Italy the rate is €7.99.
We also often offer shipping deals for orders over €120.
Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. In this case, we will refund the full amount of the order, minus shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
