INFORMATION REGARDING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL UNDER LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21/2014

If you have purchased a product through www.semplicementegioielli.com, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without providing any reasons, within 14 days from the date of delivery of the purchased item. The withdrawal may apply to all purchased goods or only part of them.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments made to us, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The refund may be withheld until we receive the returned goods or until you provide proof of having shipped them back, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be processed using the same payment method (PayPal or Credit Card) used for the initial transaction. In any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility.

For goods that, due to their nature, cannot be returned by post, the estimated return costs may range between 20% and 40% more than the amount paid at the time of purchase, as indicated under the "Delivery" section. The variations depend on the chosen courier and the conditions applied by them to consumers and end users.
