INFORMATION RELATING TO THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH LEGISLATIVE DECREE 21/2014

If you have purchased a Product through the website www.semplicementegioielli.com, you have the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating the reasons, within 14 days from the delivery of the purchased goods. The Withdrawal may concern all the goods purchased or only part of the goods themselves.

Effects of withdrawal

By withdrawing from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you have made to us, excluding delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have demonstrated that you have sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method (Paypal or Credit Card) that you used for the initial transaction. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.

You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

For goods that by their nature cannot be returned by post, it is estimated that the direct return costs at your expense could involve an outlay of between 20% and 40% more than the amount paid at the time of purchase and highlighted under the heading "Delivery"; the variations may depend on the chosen courier and the conditions applied by the latter to consumers and end users.
