Shipping Information

As an artisan brand, our production time varies. We usually manage to ship products within a week, but in some cases, it may take up to three weeks.

Some factors that may delay shipping include:

  • The specific product is out of stock and needs to be crafted
  • A high number of received orders
  • Issues with the shipping service
  • Delays in the shipping process itself
  • Courier delays

However, all orders are processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from the receipt of the order confirmation email. Once we ship your order, you will receive a notification.

Shipping Rates & Estimates for Domestic Shipping

We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of €7.99 in the following country: Italy.

Additionally, we frequently offer free shipping promotions when a certain cart value is reached.

How Can I Track My Order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes a tracking number to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 48 hours.

If you do not receive your order within 14 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at semplicemente.gioielli@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into the issue.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and will issue a full refund, excluding shipping costs. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us as soon as possible at semplicemente.gioielli@gmail.com, including your order number and a photo showing the item's condition. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to find a satisfactory solution.
